Designed and built in 1925 by the architect firm of Temple Buell of Denver. This historic modified Italian Renaissance manor is blocks from the renowned Broadmoor Hotel and its five-star amenities. The green tile roof is one of the few existing in the area. The brick exterior is set in thick rose mortar and is double walled and trimmed in granite of local origin.
